1. Shipping Locations

Nova Nest AU currently ships within Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard & Express Shipping
Delivered via Australia Post

Local Delivery (Same-Day or Scheduled)
Available within a 25km radius of Wollongong, NSW, delivered via Uber Package

3. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 AUD

  • Orders under $99 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout

Shipping rates are based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Local Delivery (Wollongong Area):

  • Same-day delivery for eligible orders

  • Scheduled delivery where applicable

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

6. Local Delivery Cut-Off & Dispatch Times

For orders within the 25km Wollongong delivery zone:

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) are eligible for same-day delivery

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm will be delivered on the next available delivery day

All local deliveries are dispatched at approximately 3:00pm via Uber Package.

Delivery times may vary depending on driver availability and demand.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking is available for all orders shipped via Australia Post.

8. Local Delivery Terms

For orders delivered within a 25km radius of Wollongong via Uber:

  • Delivery availability depends on driver availability

  • Customers may be required to be present to receive the order

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Once your order has been collected by the delivery driver, responsibility for delivery transfers to the delivery provider.

9. Delivery Issues

Nova Nest AU is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

  • Weather events or unforeseen circumstances

10. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries

11. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect

  • Delivery refusal

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

12. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

13. Authority to Leave

By selecting certain delivery options, you authorise the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not present.

Nova Nest AU is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
