All our products are handmade to order in small batches. Please allow:
1–3 business days for order processing (before shipping).
During peak times, new product launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if available.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We currently ship Australia-wide from Wollongong, NSW.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post):
Flat Rate: $9.95 AUD
Free shipping for orders over $150 AUD
Express Shipping (Australia Post Express):
Flat rate: $14.95 AUD
You’ll be able to select your preferred method at checkout.

3. Local Pickup (Wollongong Area)
Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with pickup instructions.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Standard: 3–8 business days (depending on location)
Express: 1–3 business days (metro areas may be faster)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or peak periods.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution when packing your order. However, once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, it is beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help.novanestau@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, Nova Nest AU is not responsible for lost parcels or additional shipping fees to resend an order.
